At RockyPayz Ventures, we are committed to providing reliable payout and money transfer services, along with secure API solutions. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for API costs, setup fees, and transaction charges.

1. API Cost Refund Policy

a. Non-refundable Fees: API integration costs are one-time setup charges that become non-refundable once the process has begun.

b. Exceptional Cases: Refunds are considered only if RockyPayz fails to deliver API access within the agreed timeline after all client prerequisites are met.

2. Setup Cost Refund Policy

Non-refundable Fees: Setup charges cover configuration, onboarding, and initial customization and are non-refundable once initiated.

Refund Eligibility: If setup does not begin within 3 business days after payment and submission of required documents, a refund may be issued.

3. Transaction Charges Refund Policy

Completed Transactions: Charges for successful transactions are non-refundable.

Failed Transactions: If a failure occurs due to a technical issue on our end, transaction fees will be refunded within 2 business days.

Client-side Errors: No refund applies if the issue results from incorrect details, insufficient funds, or user error.
